Omega Foundation is a 501 C 3 and a 30% organization. Its mission is fivefold:
 

• Educate, support and inspire youth in their appreciation of music and its power;
• Honor veterans both publicly and privately;
• Inspire appreciation of heritage through the dissemination of information gathered through research;
• Research and provide healthy alternatives in medicine;
• Seek for various ways to be philanthropic.
